What can you expect?
We are a small family business serving fresh, simple homemade food & cakes, in a casual atmosphere with something a little different. The Garden Room Cafe is located in a small village a short drive from South from Doncaster, East of Rotherham & just 5 minutes from junction 1 of the M18 – see the opening time & directions page for more information.
We have an amazing courtyard that you will struggle to find a seat in the right weather, its hugely popular in the warmer months where dogs are more than welcome. We love our four legged companions and welcome them in our courtyard throughout the summer and winter months. Fresh water, juicy chicken & a soft bed are always on the menu for them.
Come by for a relaxing coffee & delicious slab of cake, a glass of wine and a bite to eat or enjoy a catch up over Afternoon Tea with friends. Join us, chill out & enjoy all the Garden Room Cafe has to offer!
Gina, Stuart and all the team look forward to seeing you.
I ordered the tuna towering melt with homemade chips and it was so delicious! The portions are absolutely massive too. We also ordered a freak shake to share and it was incredible. There was so much Nutella and freshly whipped cream and it was loaded with delicious homemade caramel chocolate shortbread. The milkshake itself was so cold and thick too The garden room is definitely my favourite cafe!
Wow!! We had a baby shower here for my sister in law, it was fantastic. The food and cakes were beautiful! Service was amazing. Unlimited tea and coffee throughout our visit. The private room was decorated lovely and we were able to bring our own balloons etc. Will definitely be back.
I have been a patron of the Garden Rooms for many years and every time I go back the quality of the food and standard of service always take my breath away. Recently I visited for afternoon tea with family and the gluten free option was without a doubt one of the best that I have had since being diagnosed! Everything is homemade by the owner and the amount of love put into the taste and presentation does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend that you go and find out for yourself!
